Rev exists to help individuals and teams design psychologically safer conversations so that you can: reach consensus (like, real consensus); build or update a plan (while not over-reaching); set attainable goals (that won’t leave you overwhelmed); and articulate a shared vision (where compromise doesn’t mean leaving someone out altogether). And we do this while valuing each person’s ideas and hearing each person’s voice loud and clear!
